    So could anyone point me in the right direction to learn more about
    customizing a theme in Mystic BBS by chance?

    hmm... this is not easy... there isn't a particular place/text to just read and start customizing. you have to view/edit all the files included in the default theme, play with the /data/default.txt file, read the mystic.doc file, as also the display_codes.txt file and probably many whats_new files, cause some changes are not written in the main file. :(

    customizing a mystic theme, means that you have to play with the ansis, as well with the menu settings, within the mystic configuration and also learn to use many of the mci/pipe codes.
