I did, and replied to it. We were out of town for the weekend, which is probably why you didn't get a response sooner.

Thanks! I keep getting a password error from Areafix. If you have a
minute, could you check on that for me? I tried a %rescan this morning and
    got back "password error".

    Thanks!

    All I see is:

    Areafix: Security violation from 46:1/138.

I've triple-checked your password and made sure it was what you were saying it was, although as I wrote in the netmail you originally set it to lowercase. Have you tried that? And if so, can you possibly check the raw PKT before you scan it out and send it to me to make sure your subject line is indeed your password and it wasn't altered in any way?

    To: Areafix
    Subject: <password>
    Body: %help

Also, as I said in netmail, I'm not using Synchronet for areafix any more. I believe some of the commands (including RESCAN) are a little different now. You
may need a parameter after the command (ie: %RESCAN * to rescan all areas connected, and there are also switches for number of mails and/or how far back in days.. I'm not sure %rescan by itself will work any more.

You should try %help first to get a reply with a list of available commands to you. Hope that helps!

    Nick
