Anyone have TIC working for MYSTIC? Seems it never tosses the files
correctly into the folders I have setup, everyting else seems to work just
    fine aka the echos.

Think I figured it out, just had one other question about it. Is there a way to refresh or get the files in the areas subscripted to.

Generaly no, unless your uplink is using htick you can issue a command like this in a message to Filefix.

    %resend filename.zip filearea
