Dammit, are these getting out? I dunno what's going on, but MIS has been
doing this awesome 100% CPU thing all the time again, and echomail doesn't
seem to be going out as well. So, testing.

I see you here.. On linux here and I haven't seen any issues with cpu usage
    or echomail.

Got it here so is sending your messages out, did you get this one back?
BTW, I was getting 50% CPU usage on MIS for a while found it was due to
events not completing fully. Not sure if you are experiencing the same.

I think the CPU issues where Windows only.

    What do your logs say?

They say they are, and it's evident they are, thank you all. But I had an
issue a couple months back where all of a sudden echomail just wasn't going out, even though the logs were saying they were. Accession told me all mail wasn't being delivered from my system, but Mystic was acting like it was. Was weird.

I figured out what was causing the 100% CPU pegging when it happened to me before thanks to you g00, but I swear I have done nothing but upgrade this time; nothing out of the ordinary. Even downgrading to an earlier backed up copy isn't doing anything, and I have no idea what's up.
