    Ahoy mateys,

    Yeah, but like I said - on my system, I do not see a message from me to Gryp with that subject line in this sub. I wonder if someone else might confirm such a message exists on their system (since it's a sysops-only sub, I can't call around and check for myself.)

    Strange... echicken I presume none of the ecReader stuff actually munges the headers, it simply reads from them? Not sure what else it could be, I haven't seen this one before.

    Sounds like something might be misconfigured then, because I started that in the Debate sub.

    I realize that you started the "Vynl vs. CD vs. MP3" thread in the Debate sub.

    This right here is a separate thread in a different sub, and on my system the first message in this thread was posted by you.

    I'm actually not using my reader at the moment - ran into a bug that I can't be bothered to sort out just now, so this issue won't have anything to do with that.

    Okay, that's the sort of info that I needed, though I have no idea how that ended up in this sub. I'll look at my DOVE-Net config, which hasn't been altered in a very long time.

    Right - you mentioned it had something to do with the big Jerf Clertern hoohaw, and I don't believe I ever posted anything to Gryphon in that thread. So somehow the header from my message to Gryphon in another sub was applied to a message posted in this sub. Very strange.

    Can't see anything unusual in my configuration. I guess I'll just wait and see if it happens again.
