maybe i called the wrong bbs, but looked stock to me. i see you installed lord and a few other doors.

also, dovenet is pretty much built into synchronet, all you
need to do is type in your account name in scfg

if you want users you need to give them something to do when they call.

who is 'we', btw?

I had the same problem when I started, I had no idea that there was a different Root folder I should be pointing to. I kept trying to make the old stock page look pretty without really knowing the SSJS templating system that was used. To make it look better in a quick way, choose a different root directory that has a prettier interface. This link will help:

Also if you are using Windows, you can go to Synchronet Control Panel GUI, choose Web at the top, go to Configure, go to the second tab (HTTP), and change the web root there. Right now you are pointing to ../web/html

Try one of these preconfigured ones:
../web/root
or
../web/root/ecwebv3

If you choose ecwebv3, I am not sure but I think you might need to add index.xjs to the Index Files list you find under the configure button. Someone smarter than me would better know if that is correct or not, but it certainly won't hurt anything.
