-it COULD be a manipulated image we've all seen
-it could NOT be such

Which puts us back to zero as in where it all began - no birth certificate.

I would need to be given the aithority of the highest level of government auditor, & go into thsat Honolulu hospital's database & look it up myself, using my own methodology (not the normal/expected one), before I could weigh in honesdtly one way or the other. . .

So since thart's not going to happenm; it's a non-issue for me.

I well understand that fact & truth now is whatever people can be convinced it is.

The PRN testing they're doing to test for Covid is highly inaccurate
with many false posatives, that's why late this year or early next
year it's being replaced by a more accurate test.

You were seeing a COPY of the original. I have no idea what scanning the original in did to the elements recognized by the scanner software, but it's not unreasonable to consider this.
