1 Or two packaged liver
4-6 Onion
2 Hard eggs,Boiled
2 T Mayo
Salt and pepper,To Taste
You can either blend again to make a pate or leave the eggs, onion etc whole for more texture. I prefer to blend the shit out of it while it looks like a pile of crap it tastes great.
Growing up on a farm, liver was a common main dish. My mom
would just coat liver pieces with a batter of milk/egg , coated
with flour with a touch of pepper, and fry it in butter with a
side of onions.
Only the occassional piece would be stringy or hard.. but most
were kinda melt-in-your-mouth variety.
Today.. I couldn't be bothered with eating liver.
