    The European Radio Amateurs' Organization (EURAO[1]) has announces a new on-the-air QSO party September 23-24 with the theme, "DMR meeting on the air." This is not a contest, but a radio meeting with a few simple recommendations. DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) is an open standard widely used by radio amateurs in the last few years, and a lot of repeaters around the world are networked.

    The most popular DMR network is BrandMeister[2], which dedicates Talk Group (TG) 9201 to EURAO. Participants need to locate BrandMeister-linked repeaters using a map[3] or may listen its stream[4].

    Call "CQ EURAO Party." There is no fixed exchange, but conversations should be kept short to share the resource.

    EURAO asks participants to submit[5] logs in ADIF format; the filename should be your call sign. No "results" will be published beyond statistical information. Certificate of Participation are available for those submitting a log and with a minimum of 10% confirmed contacts.
