I would like to hear your viewpoints on Firefox 4. I think it kinda looks
more like Safari to me now and a lot of the themes don't work with it which
    is sad though. *sighs* :-(

I like the speed incease - I think that's probably the best thing about it. I don't like the UI changes though, at least on Windows 7. On Windows XP, it looks basically like the old Firefox did, which I liked, but on Windows 7, the toolbar is gone (except when you press the alt key, when it re-appears), and it has the "Firefox button" in the titlebar, which I think is a little strange. I don't like that the statusbar is now gone too - I think a statusbar is fairly useful.. Overall I think it looks a little more like Google Chrome, which I don't really care for.

However, the speed increase is good, and I heard it's supposed to provide better support for the HTML5 standard, which is also good.

I like being able to use themes, but for me it isn't a dealbreaker, and I'd continue using it and look at themes after a while, when more themes are available for the new version. :)

I don't use themes, and haven't used Safari, but I like it. I think I read that someone had an issue with the status bar -- personally, I like what they did with it. Sometimes I like the bar, sometimes I want the space (I use a netbook), and I like how it pops up only if you hover over a link, or while data is transmitting.

The rounded tabs, textbars, and buttons (the look and feel) took some getting used to, but after a day of browsing, I don't even notice.

Thankfully, Adblock works. Unfortunately, MinimizeToTray is not compatible, but of course, I can get by without that. All in all, I'm a happy user.

Puts me in the mind of Safari, Opera, and IE 9.

It seems like all the browsers are trying to copy each other.. Microsoft added tabbed browsing to IE after Firefox and its tabbed browsing became really popular; now Firefox is adopting things from Google Chrome - I think it's a bit disappointing.. I like tabbed browsing, and I think it's good that IE does that now, but a product's uniqueness is part of what sets it apart. I use Firefox the most, and I don't like that it looks more like Chrome. Now, some of the reasons I don't like Chrome much are part of Firefox..

I think the thing that bugs me most about Firefox 4 is that the statusbar is gone. Now I often don't know when Firefox is busy loading the page or when it's done - at least if I only have one tab open (I have it set not to show the tab bar when only one page is open).

I think y'all might need to check your settings, or look more closely...I've upgraded, and I have a status bar. It's hidden when there's no activity, but when a page is loading, it's there in the bottom left.
