It still does this from time to time though. Now that you mention torrent the last time this happened, I was downloading a torrent.. I wonder if th has anything to do with it, but I'd have to wonder why torrents would caus this issue.
I've also had machines that were sutting down because the CPU was getting too hot. The fan and heat sync were chock full of dust. I cleaned it all up and it worked fine after that...
