Vern Buerg wrote that, he passed away a few years back. If you do a search for "Buerg LIST" you should find it.

I remember it, I used to use it... I use Total Commander now days under for Windows... reminds me a bit of it.

The one I have is Version 9.1b (1/27/95).
That was probably pretty close to the last version.
