Hi need help my bbs is Pc Games telnet://pcgames.synchro.net but my ftp 20/21 and http 80 ports are not open and would like to get them opened like my port 23 for telnet I can ftp and http on my computer but not on an outside computer I have a telus V1000H router and need to open my ports to my Modem IP Address my telnet works though my Modem IP Address

I will try to assist if I can. How is your network setup?

Is it like this...

1) Broadband Modem/Router -> Telus V1000H -> Synchronet BBS (PCGAMES)

Or is the Telus V100H your broadband router so like this...

2) Telus V1000H -> Synchronet BBS (PCGAMES)

Or do you have anoter router/switch between your Telus or the BBS like this assuming Telus V1000H is yor broadband router.

3) Telus V1000H -> SomeRouter (eg. WRT54GL) -> Synchronet BBS (PCGAMES)

Do a web search for "V1000H port forwarding". The results offer
several guides and walkthroughs.

Also, if you have a software firewall (such as Windows Firewall), you
will need to open the ports on that as well.

So it's number 2)

So you need to go into the port forwading section of the Telus V1000H and create two port forwards one for port 21, and one for port 80, and set them to be forwared to the IP address and port of the ftp and webserver on your synchronet box.

Have you seen this URL yet? http://www.ports3658.com/2012/10/actiontec-v1000h-how-to-port-forwarding.html

The interface may be similar to your Telus and if so you can use it as a guide for setting up your telus portforwarding.

You will need to know
1) the internal IP address of the telus by which you can access the interface 2) the admin username and password for the interface.
