I have asked everywhere else so most of the idea's you may have to the fix
    I probably looked into.
Anyway, I have a MSI motherboard and i have 24 GIG's of RAM
    2x4 GIG
    2X8 GIG

In bios it shows 24 gig
in windows 7 64bit it shows 24 gig(11.8 usable) in system tab

I cant seem to get it to see it all but it seems to run fast.
I checked the "boot menu" trick to no avail.
    Any ideas?

What version of WIndows? Home Premium? Enterprise? Each version had a different limit to maximum amount of memory it would address. Home Premium was 16GB I believe.

It is Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate
I checked the memory requirments, in fact i installed windows 10 64 bit same thing

BTW my dad is from a little town in Missouri called burbon, near sullivan.
And the story goes its called bourbon because some people had a place with a barrel of bourbon
on the poorch and then a town grew up around that barrel..no joke.

This ram issue is so weird. I tried everything but putting the ram next to eachother in thwe channels

It doesn't surprise me a bit! You get down in southern Missouri and there are a lot of odd little towns with a lot of history to them. Quirky at times, downright weird at others!

I would say it has to be hardware related. Somehow Windows knows that it cannot address that memory for whatever reason.

I grew up in southern and central California in the bigger cities but for the last, almost 15 years I have been living in a very small town in a rural part of central Pennsylvania. I have never experienced gossip like there is in a small town. When I first visited my girlfriend now wife in this small town on the second day of my arrival. I was walking to the small town grocery store that used to be a small church an elderly lady called out to me by name and said hi. I had no idea who she was but she knew who I was where I was from and a lot of other stuff I never knew about myself lol. Like you were saying about a small towns and they certainly can be quirky at times. One thing I have seen that is when tradgty happens everyone steps up to help when a home burns down by the next day that family has a whole new wardrobe itΓÇÖs amazing. This town has about 1600 people but like you said they have some amazing history.
