I just found out today (via google) that when compiling with the Cray C compiler, it defines __CRAYC So on the changes to Synchronet you guys can start working on the modifications for the Cray 2 when you release the next version of Synchronet :-)

Awesome, I found my old Code Warrior CD's! And my OS/2 came in! Installation didn't run as smoothly as I had hoped, but it's up and running on Microsoft Virtual PC for testing purposes right now.... It reminds me of the one thing
I used to love about Os/2 -- How many Operating systems allow you to put a floppy in A: and boot-up multi-tasking the boot-disk with other DOS, OS/2, and win-16 programs? Go ahead Linux guys try to do that one! I'm not talking about dosemu, I'm talking putting a REAL disk into the REAL drive and booting it while the main operating system is still runnign and any applications running in the background continue running.... I used to use that to test out programs on various dos versions when I ran my BBS....

I installed OS/2 Warp 4 on physical hardware about five years ago and had
a bitch of a time doing it. Seems the IDE drivers are rather picky. Still,
I got it working after a few days of trial and error.

Isn't there an up-to-date version of Firefox for OS/2?

I doubt it, but either way, apparently I have the version of OS/2 that came
out before they put any internet features into it...

I've got some version of 2 but I have never installed it. I also have Warp 3 that includes the internet connection kit, unfortunately, the diskettes are corrupted. The working version I have is Warp 4, which I believe has the internet connection kit built in, but I don't recall.
