    docs: align Cryptlib replacement design with xptls

    The design still described several implemented xptls contracts as future
    work and used obsolete xp_private_key names. That made the remaining
    Cryptlib migration boundary and shared provider selection ambiguous.

    Update the architecture around xp_key, current TLS and crypto
    operations, capability reporting, common build selection, and the actual
    test surface. Clarify application ownership, migration behavior, and
    diagnostic handling throughout the remaining milestones.
