    thank you. that's why i decided to pick up the echo. I've thought

    What brought you to GMRS and how is your journey thus far?

    I'm coming into gmrs from the 27MHZ AM band/aka CB Radio group. :) So
    far it's been ok. Just trying to get my rig (A Baofeng UV-5R handheld)
    set up right to play nicely with two local GNRS repeaeters.)

    Hi Jason. The only issue I am having right now is not knowing if my Baofaeng UV-5R is even hitting the local GMRS repeaters I monitor.
