    03 September 1935 - A SPEED DEMON TAKES TO THE SANDS OF BONNEVILLE" Sir
    Malcolm Campbell, Britain's land-speed record holder, straps in to his
    sleek 28-foot, 2,500-horsepower vehicle, named 'Blue Bird,' and streaks
    across Utah's Bonneville Salt Flats, becoming the first person to drive
    an auto over 300 mph.

    Major Sir Malcolm Campbell MBE (11 March 1885 - 31 December 1948) was a
    British racing motorist and motoring journalist. He gained the world
    speed record on land and on water at various times, using vehicles
    called Blue Bird, including a 1921 Grand Prix Sunbeam. His son, Donald Campbell, carried on the family tradition by holding both land speed and
    water speed records.

    Title: Sweet Bluebird's Creamy Ranch Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Herbs, Sauces, Vegetables
    Yield: 5 servings

    4 Boned, skinned chicken
    - breasts
    2 tb Butter; melted
    10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz Cream cheese; diced
    1/2 c Chicken broth
    1 oz Env Hidden Valley Ranch
    - dressing mix
    1/4 ts Minced garlic
    ds Paprika
    1/8 ts Dried oregano
    1/4 ts Dried parsley flakes

    Wash and dry chicken breasts and place them evenly in
    crock pot. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Sprinkle pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    over chicken.

    Drizzle chicken breasts with 1 tablespoons melted butter.

    Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.

    Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in a medium saucepan
    along with minced garlic and saute slightly.

    Add cream of chicken soup, the 8 oz. of cream cheese
    cubes, 1/2 cup chicken broth, dried Oregano and dried
    Parsley flakes. Stir on medium heat until smooth.

    Add mixture to crock pot, cover again and continue to
    cook on low for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.

    Thin slice the chicken, serving it over rice or noodles
    with the sauce and a side of steamed broccoli.

    Serves: 4 - 6
