Title: Hummus

Yield: 1 Batch
15 oz Can garbanzo beans; drained,
-1 tb liquid and 4 beans
-reserved
4 cl Garlic; chopped
3 tb Tahina
1 Lemon; juice of
1/2 c Olive oil
2 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Salt (optional)
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
Olive oil
Parsley; chopped
Paprika
In either a blender or a medium bowl with a hand held blender,
combine all ingredients except reserved beans, extra olive oil,
parsley, and paprika. Blend until smooth.
Place in shallow bowl and garnish with reserved garbanzo beans, olive
oil, parsley, and paprika sprinkled on top. Serve with warm pita
bread.
