2 lb American cheese; cubed
5 5/16 oz Evaporated milk
11 1/2 oz Can tomatoes & jalapeno
- peppers; drained
Combine ingredients in glass bowl, place in microwave. Cook, about 7
minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring once during cooking--then
blend thoroughly with mixer. Pour into serving bowl. Serve with corn
chips or dipping-style potato chips. Dip can be frozen.
