    Title: Classic Flapjacks
    Categories: Five, Grains, Breads
    Yield: 9 servings

    200 g Butter
    100 g Demerara sugar
    4 tb Golden syrup
    250 g Porridge oats
    50 g Plain flour

    Set oven @ 180ºC/355ºF and line/grease a 20 cm square
    baking tin.

They used to sell flapjacks at school. I remember they were thick and chewy. My wife tries to make them but they often end up flatter and
fall apart. Looking forward to giving this a try to see if they turn
    out like I remember.

Until I stumbles across cookpad.com I thought flapjacks were just another
word for pancakes. Like this ..........
