    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza
    Categories: Breads, Poultry, Pork, Cheese, Sauces
    Yield: 6 servings

    13 3/4 oz Tube refrigerated pizza
    - crust
    1/2 c Alfredo sauce
    1/4 ts Garlic salt
    1 c Shredded Ementhal cheese
    1 1/2 c Diced fully cooked ham
    10 Breaded chicken nuggets;
    - thawed, in 1/2" pieces
    1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

    Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.

    Unroll and press dough onto bottom of a greased 15"
    X 10" X 1" pan, pinching edges to form a rim if
    desired. Bake until edges are light brown, 8-10
    minutes.

    Spread crust with Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with garlic
    salt. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake until crust
    is golden brown and cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes.

    Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu I
    Categories: Five, Poultry, Pork, Cheese, Breads
    Yield: 4 Servings

    4 Skinned, boned chicken
    - breast halves
    1/4 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
    6 sl Emmenthal cheese; two cut in
    - half
    4 sl Cooked ham
    1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Coat a 7" x 11" baking dish with non-stick spray.

    Pound chicken breasts to 1/4" thickness.

    Sprinkle each piece of chicken on both sides with salt
    and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on top
    of each breast. Roll up each breast, and secure with a
    toothpick. Place in baking dish, and sprinkle chicken
    evenly with bread crumbs.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer
    pink. Remove from oven, and place 1/2 cheese slice on top
    of each breast. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or
    until cheese has melted. Remove toothpicks, and serve
    immediately.

    NOTE: I sometimes make this with chicken thighs. It's
    not authentic but it sure is tasty. -- UDD

    Title: Mom Abraham's Chicken Cordon Bleu
    Categories: Poultry, Pork, Cheese, Sauces
    Yield: 6 Servings

    6 Boned, skinned chicken
    - thighs
    3 sl Ham; cut in half
    3 sl Ementhal cheese; cut in half
    Flour
    Bread crumbs
    2 lg Eggs; beaten

    MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
    4 tb Butter
    4 tb Flour
    2 tb White wine
    1 tb Chicken granules
    1 c Milk
    Salt & pepper

    Place one slice of ham and cheese in middle of chicken.
    Roll and hold in place with skewer or toothpick. Flour
    lightly and dip into beaten eggs, then bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325ºF/165ºC for 45 minutes or until done. Cover
    pan while baking.

    SAUCE: In saucepan, melt butter and slowly add flour.
    Cook until a roux forms. Slowly add milk, white wine,
    chicken granules, salt and pepper to taste. Stir/whisk
    constantly until desired consistency is achieved.

    Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
    Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Pork, Vegetables, Soups
    Yield: 3 Servings

    3 c Diced, cooked chicken
    4 oz Diced deli ham
    3 c Broccoli florets
    1 c Shredded Ementhal cheese
    10 1/2 oz Cream of chicken & mushroom
    - soup
    1/4 c Dry white wine
    2 tb Butter; melted
    1 c Plain panko

    Set the oven @ 350ºF/175ºC. Lightly grease an 8" X 11"
    X 2" baking dish.

    Stir the chicken, ham, broccoli, cheese, soup and wine
    in the baking dish. Stir the butter and panko in a small
    bowl. Sprinkle the panko mixture over the chicken
    mixture.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until the panko mixture is
    browned and the chicken mixture is hot.

    Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli
    Categories: Five, Breads, Poultry, Cheese, Pork
    Yield: 6 servings

    13 3/4 oz Refrigerated pizza crust
    4 sl (thin) deli ham
    1 1/2 c Shredded, cooked chicken
    6 sl Ementhal (Swiss) cheese
    1 tb Butter; melted
    Roasted garlic Alfredo
    - sauce; opt

    Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.

    Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Layer with ham,
    chicken and cheese to within 1/2 in. of edges. Roll up
    jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam
    to seal and tuck ends under. Brush with melted butter.

    Bake until crust is dark golden brown, 18-22 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. If desired, serve
    with Alfredo sauce for dipping.
