    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Instant Pot Whole Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Herbs, Citrus
    Yield: 6 servings

    2 tb Dried thyme
    2 tb Dried rosemary; crushed
    2 tb Rubbed sage
    1 tb (ea) kosher salt & pepper
    1 sm Lemon, quartered; opt
    1 sm Onion, quartered; opt
    3 cl Garlic; smashed; opt
    4 lb Broiler/fryer chicken
    2 tb Olive oil; divided
    1 c Chicken broth or water

    In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. If
    desired, insert lemon, onion and garlic into the cavity
    of the chicken. Brush outside of chicken with 1
    tablespoon oil and sprinkle with herb mixture.

    Select saute setting on a 6-qt. electric pressure
    cooker. Adjust for medium heat; add remaining 1
    tablespoon oil. When oil is hot, sear chicken, breast
    side down, until browned, 4-5 minutes. Press cancel;
    remove chicken. Place trivet insert and broth in
    pressure cooker. Place chicken on top of trivet. Lock
    lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to
    pressure-cook on high for 25 minutes. Allow pressure to
    release naturally.

    Title: "Trash Bag" Taco Salad
    Categories: Salads, Meats
    Yield: 45 Servings

    3 lb Ground beef
    3 ea Envelopes taco seasoning mix
    3 Heads lettuce, shredded
    3 c Shredded cheddar cheese
    3 c Chopped tomatoes
    2 c Chopped onion
    3 cn Chopped or sliced ripe
    -olives, drained (4-1/4 oz
    - each)
    2 cn Ranch or chili beans,
    - drained
    1 lg Bag corn chips
    1 Bottle (16 ox.) Catalina
    - salad dressing
    1 Jar (12-oz) salsa

    Brown beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package
    directions. Cool. Toss with remaining ingredients in a large plastic
    bag or container.

    Title: "Trash Bag" Taco Salad

    Have to make it first ... and have storage space. Even so Jasper, Eva
    and Isobel (the three pooches) would eat well after a couple days. That
    being said - I'm not much on taco salads. Much prefer other Mex, Tex-
    Mex or Cal-Mex things.

    Title: Sol Y Luna Garlic Bread Roasted Tomato Bruschetta
    Categories: Breads, Vegetables, Herbs
    Yield: 10 servings

    1 Loaf Sol Y Luna garlic bread
    1 pt Cherry tomatoes; halved
    1 ts Kosher salt
    1/2 ts Freshly cracked black pepper
    1/8 c Honey
    1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
    1 tb Fresh oregano; fine chopped
    1 tb Fresh thyme; fine chopped

    Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.

    If you don’t have a pre-prepared garlic bread, slice a
    baguette and slather with butter, crushed garlic cloves,
    and fresh herbs.

    Slice tomatoes in half, and toss with remaining
    ingredients. Place tomatoes on parchment paper-lined
    bbaking sheet.

    Roast tomatoes in oven for 45 minutes, or until tomatoes
    have broken down.

    Reduce oven to 400ºF/205ºC. Wrap garlic bread in foil.
    Place in center rack and bake for 15-20 minutes until
    bread is crusty on outside and butter has melted and
    garlic is fragrant.

    Slice bread and top with tomato mixture. Enjoy that
    garlicky, tomatoey goodness!
