    Title: Pizza Puttanesca

    Yield: 1 Pizza

    Traditional Pizza Dough
    1 c Seasoned tomato sauce or
    - pizza sauce
    1/4 c Black olives;
    - pitted, sliced
    1/4 c Green olives;
    - pitted, sliced
    1 tb Capers; drained, chopped

    Preheat the oven to 450?F. Punch the dough down. On a lightly
    floured work surface, roll out or sretch the dough into a circle
    about 1/4" thick. Lightly oil a pizza pan or baking sheet and place
    the dough on it, stretching it to fit. Bake on the bottom oven rack
    for 8 minutes.

    Combine the sauce, olives, and capers in a small bowl.

    Remove the crust from the oven and top with the sauce mixture,
    spreading it to within 1/2" of the edge. Bake until the crust it
    golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
