    Title: Grasshopper Parfaits
    Categories: American, Chocolate, Alcohol
    Yield: 8 Servings

    1/2 c Heavy cream
    1 tb Granulated sugar
    8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    14 oz Can sweetened condensed
    - milk (1-1/4 c)
    3 tb Lemon juice
    3 tb Green creme de menthe
    - liqueur
    2 tb White creme de cacao
    - liqueur
    12 Cream filled chocolate
    - sandwich cookies;
    - coarsely chopped

    In small mixer bowl, whip cream until soft. Add sugar; beat until
    stiff. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy;
    gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice,
    and liqueurs. Fold in whipped cream; chill 20 minutes.

    Do not stir. In parfait glasses, layer 1 tb cookies and 1/4 cup
    filling. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookies. Chill 4 hours.

    Coffee Variation:

    Substitute coffee flavored liqueur for creme de menthe.

    Brandy Alexander Variation:

    Substitute 1/3 brandy for creme de menthe.

    Orange Variation:

    Omit creme de cacao and substitute 1/4 cup orange liqueur for creme
    de menthe.
