    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Hazelnuts, Corn & Snow Peas
    Categories: Corn, Vegetables
    Yield: 6 Servings

    2 c Corn kernels;
    - fresh cut from the cob
    8 oz Fresh Chinese pea pods;
    - sliced into thirds
    3 tb Pimento; diced, drained
    2 tb Margarine
    1 ds Salt
    1 ds Pepper
    1/3 c Oregon hazelnuts;
    - roasted & chopped

    In a saucepan, melt margarine. Add corn, salt, and pepper, and cook
    for 4 minutes. Add pimento and pea pods and continue to cook for 4 to
    6 minutes. Add hazelnuts and serve.
