Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza

10 oz Can refrigerated pizza dough
7 String cheese pieces
1/2 c Pizza sauce
20 sl Pepperoni
1 c Mozzarella cheese -- shredded

Heat oven to 425?F. Grease 13x9" pan. Unroll dough and press in
bottom and 1" up sides of greased pan. Place pieces of string cheese
along the inside edges of dough. Fold the 1" of dough over and around
the cheese; press dough edges to seal. Top the crust with sauce,
pepperoni, and cheese.

Bake at 425?F for 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown
and cheese is melted.

I made this Jan 1997. It was easy to do and delicious. Next time I'll
sprinkle some herbs on the edges of the crust to add more flavor to
the dough.

Terri Irwin:

Wrap sticks of cheddar cheese in pepperoni and form the crust edges
around it. I tried it and it was delicious!
