fmail and ftools compiles on Arm 32-bit with build target 'Native'. I couldn't test anything. No Windows -> no fconfig -> no fmail.cfg ;).
Codeblocks is not installable on Debian m68k due to a broken
dependency (but that should be fixable with a bug report to Debian).
Do you know if FMail would run on big-endian archs?
