    Patch to make JamNNTPd not return an error for the MODE READER command (required by some newsreaders).

    Edit nntpserv.c and Insert this:

    else if(stricmp(cmd,"MODE")==0)
    {
    socksendtext(&var,"200 Server ready - posting allowed" CRLF);
    }

    just BEFORE this:

    else
    {
    socksendtext(&var,"500 Unknown command" CRLF);
    }
