    are they a double feature or something? i duno that they'd be worth the price of admission at todays rates if i couldn't see them two-for-one heh

    i'm more curious about the Backrooms one though.. since Scary Movie for me
    is just some series from my late teen years not some gen-z/gen alpha intro to "things my parents watched"

    what's the Backrooms one actually about though? the trailer just makes me think of Cube (1997)

    Backrooms started off as a slenderman type meme like 15 years ago or so. Then some dude went and made it into a sort of uncanny suspense horror internet series. Now A24 has given the guy money and resources to make it into a movie. The idea of the backrooms is: "What if you suddenly clipped through the world like a video game glitch?"
