works there -- as opposed to the share in other states, e.g. Texas,
Florida?
It is Kentucky. We have a large horse industry, were (and may still be) near the top in beef production. Outside of Louisville (where I don't live), we are typically known as an agricultural state.
Is horsemeat sold in Kentucky? It should, now that Churchill Downs
has been closed down. Too many horses biting the dust. Perhaps they
can start having dog races instead. But then, PETA would protest ...
