    No... That's not what the left has been saying. They are pissed that she's a Trump appointee. Her decisions to date have been down the middle. Some for and some against Trump.

    On this particular decision she asked both defense and prosecution to give their arguments and she also invited constitutional experts to speak as well... Amicus Brief

    I did not read all 93 pages... But the appeal was made and the 11th cerate will hear it... and it will, more than likely, be hear by the Supreme Court.

    No... That's not what the left has been saying. They are pissed that she's a Trump appointee.

    Correct. The left were really not saying anything I heard until she found in (somewhat) favor of Trump. Now she is in Trump's back pocket, per Alan.

    Her decisions to date have been down the middle. Some for

    That last bit was probably why I heard conservatives complaining that Trump wouldn't get a fair shake from her. Guess they were wrong.
