I think there is a cultural difference with some of the people entering the country... Some Haitians eat cats... cuz they can... Some also practice Voodoo... Because some do... Trying to explain away 1000s of people's complaints about their pets being eaten... Just weird.
Again... No one ate people's pets when Trump ran the country.
