    Pardon doesn't stop personal lawsuits... Maybe Ukraine can sue because he didn't deliver all that was promised... Or a prostitute can sue for damages.

    Ukraine should and could sue, but they won't. Not after everything the Big Guy has done for them.

    It's all up to the prostitutes now. :(
