It seems I might have to get my fathers credit cards consolidated before things go even crazy. cards that were 14.99 are now 16.49 and might go to 17.24. This is getting baaaad.
Interest rates are always a two edge sword. For those with any of
that stuff called cash in the bank... savings... interest rates are finally going in the right direction. If you're on the credit side of
the ledger not so much...

I recently saw an ad from Capital One for a "360 Savings" account that gives you interest every month, which may provide something like this.Many of the online banks are doing around 2% in the USA.
