I realized that these terminals had two serial ports and a key to
toggle between them. I could run a modem to one port, the computer to
the other, and use the toggle key as a "boss key" when I was connected
to a BBS. It worked until he noticed the lights on the modem
blinking...
Interesting. I've never seen a terminal with 2 full serial ports.
The only ones I've seen had 1 full serial port and if they had a second port, it was a one-way serial port for a serial printer.
