  • who sleepy here?

    I been having bad sleep recently. im ok rn but i cant sleep during day because of very frequent phone calls X_X

    I'm tired most days as well. My sleep at night is terrible. Usually I'll fall asleep at a reasonable time but then wake up at 1:30-2:00am and not fall back to sleep until around 4:00am. It's a frustrating cycle.

    I actually managed to get a good full night sleep last Thursday and I felt like a super hero on Friday. lol I wish every night was like that!

    Are you using one on your phone or did you buy some specific thing for
    it?

    I have a couple of old Fitbits - a 2014 Flex 2 (remember those bands
    with little LED lights?) and a slightly newer Fitbit watch. Neither is
    exactly cutting edge these days.
