    I was trying to use the high ascii for the N in Espanol for the title for
    the message area and the bbs does not display it. That is one cosmetic
    issue I see in the bbs.

    What does the BBS display? I've not done anything with conversion of
    utf-8 to cp437 and vice versa.

    My guess is TOML++ expects UTF-8.. and is probably stripping that
    character out. Even if it was UTF-8 I don't think it would display
    correctly as I don't covert anything.

    It would be nice to properly support UTF-8, but I don't really know what
    I'm doing with internationalization.
