I marked a user account as Deleted .. It shows deleted in the users records. How to I removed this deleted account?

There's a function in MUTIL to run that will remove those 'deleted' records.

There's a function in MUTIL to run that will remove those 'deleted' records.

As Avon said use the function in MUTIL to pack user base.. I have that
clicked on in my Nightly maintenance so it takes care of it automatically..

Ok ,, I see the statment in the [GENERAL] stanza. There is two one called PurgeUserBase = False
PackUserBase = False

Which one do I set to "True" and is this Ok to leave run as my nightly maint.ini ?

The PackUserBase will remove any user who is marked as deleted.
PurgeUserBase will delete a user who hasn't logged on in x number of days. There is a setting under that stanza to set the number of days.

I only use the PackUserBase, otherwise, I'd only show a handful of users. :)

Thank you for the clarity, enabled the stanza line and manually ran mutil on the .ini. worked perfect.
