Hey y'all, wonder if any of y'all have experienced this and/or kno
    w of asolution;Since 2020 started my message b
ases don't seem to be keeping any echomessages that come in,
there are odd exceptions but for some reason messagesreceiv
ed after 2020/01/01 seem to get automatically deleted/disappear in an
yecho group/base.I don't know yet if it's ALL
messages, or some, or just an isolatedoccurrence however I
know for sure that the InterBBS OneLiner seems to bestuck di
splaying messages upto but not after 12/31/2019 and in FSX echos the
messages don't appear to be coming in anymore or staying if I do see one.
any ideas whether Mystic is somehow suffering from a "Y2K20" type bug

Ignore my last email, I didn't see Avon's email literally the one just before
I posted!! I'm gonna blame the Y2K20 bug and not my ignorance lol.

Thanks for the info Avon and StackFault and Netsurge and anyone else who reported it. I thought I was going crazy or i'd run out of disk space or some other horrible end of times scenario, but it's just MUTIL being ageist.

Hope y'all are well and had a great New Year celebrations.

Avon posted a message, to make sure you turn off Message Purging and packing, ALSO I have noticed nothing being new in the echos also, check the last
posted date, you will most likely see 1/x/1970 change your last scanned date
to either today or yesterday and all those messages that came in will be
shown now.. Drove me nuts for a couple of days when I was getting 4 meg pkt files with no new posts!

It's very easy. Have you played with multil.ini at all by creating a nightly maint, or weekly maint etc? If not just pull up mutil.ini in a text editor
and scroll down to the General section and make sure PugreMessageBases and PackMessageBases = false.. If you don't know how to change it then you
haven't played with it yet, (you will when you get more comfortable with the software).. Check that setting and if they are false don't worry...
