I am curious what is the reason to run xinet or ddtelnet? Sorry I wasn't really following along until I saw this lol
MIS is what I run now. But with ddtelnet and Xinet, you could have a
front end between multiple boards and launch either.
I think if you really wanted to you could do the same thing with a
startup MPL script, or use Mystic's "matrix" login menu as a frontend
menu for your BBS or others without requiring any scripting.

Believe me that was my first part of the long comment if you look at the thread. He was interested in Xinet so I wrote it up. It's always good to know your options I guess.
