    How do I get the sysop pager to use the internal speaker on the computer? I don't have any external speakers hooked up to the server, but still need to know when someone is trying to get ahold of me.

    Would also need to be able to set each BBS to a different page pattern so
    I'll know which one I'm being paged to and which board to log in on to talk
    to the user.

    This is a tough question. Depends on hardware, OS, etc. My recommendation
    would be to find a way to send an SMS to your cell phone, which is how mine
    is configured.
