    Does Mystic have the ability to forward E-Mails from users I get on my BBS to my personal POP3 Email from my ISP?.

    No, not that I know of at this time.

    It does connect to a SMPT server to send password resets to users

    It runs it's own POP3 server you can spin up to use your own client to
    connect to to read BBS email.
