  • Unable to send out messages, but get them fine

    Ever since I upgraded from A46 to A47 around the 11th of this month...have been unable to send out any messages. No problems with getting them...just sending them out. Here's my recent logs you might need for any clues:

    I think that since A47 (the 2nd or so iteration) FIDOPOLL was removed and now MIS is used for that instead.

    Chances are you might need to change your events and/or scripts for sending messages to no longer use FIDOPOLL SEND or what have you, and instead use MIS with whatever syntax it needs.

    I haven't yet upgraded to that version for fear of breaking it all as well.


    What is happening with the bulletin.mpx...posted to #0 & socket read/write?

    Looks like the bulletin.mpx is just shown when someone logs in and runs that script... not sure about the other two.

    I have a vague recollection of Mystic displaying the bulletin menu on login when a bulletin had been added or updated and I think that is why that mpx is being run on login.

    I haven't noticed or even thought of that in a long time, I don't know if it still works that way.
