    Hi There, was wondering if there anyway to see what mystic is upto real-time while running as a daemon? perhaps view journal ?? or maybe a sysop utility to view whats happening and perhaps start/or kill a poll

    I guess you could run nodespy to look at the BBS and also use the log viewer option in the config editor to check on MIS

    the only problem with the log viewing, is its not real-time, and chunks go missing, its like mystic waits for the buffer to fill up then writes the log, and there can be alot of time in-between writes, am not as much interested in bbs activity as connection activity.

    I guess if you want to see that you would want to run 'mis server' and
    retain the ability to see the connection info.

    Re the logging, in the config there is an option to turn off the caching for mis and poll logging. You can also do the same for MUTIL in the ini by
    looking at

    logcache=false
