  • Mystic Dumping me out

    I've asked about this, or at least mentioned it a time or two in the past in
    a couple of the Mystic related echos in the BBS world. I haven'tseen any
    ideas, so I'll ask again.

    There are a few situations where Mystic just dumps me out of the BBS both locally and via Telnet. I only recall two specifically rught now though.

    1) when reading messages, If I look at the help menu to say recall the
    command to save a message as a text file. when I leave the help screen, it simply dumps my connection.

    2) RCS Oneliners does the same thing. I enter my oneliner, then it acts like it's waiting for a command, no matter what jey I press, it drops me.

    Any ideas why this is happening?

    When Mystic dumps you out of the board for no reason it is most likely that
    it is not finding the menu it wants to go to. Most of the time it is either spelled wrong or completely missing. Check the command you are entering and check the menu to make sure it has a place to go..
