not sure if it looks like ansi if it really is ansi or some kind of garbled up mess . I think if some one says yes it is in fact looking
like its ansi ill download it and open it in an ansi editor and see what it looks like . Also what I did was when i 1st posted that message it
sent it to sysop and I have no idea why it did that either , so I downloaded it and uploaded it to the right person , I wonder if the the
up down process is broken even tho I remove the header and signature be for re uploading it .

verified on vertrauen at least that the pipe codes themselves make it through so.. that theory is busted :/
