I have a quick question, because I've been trying everything.
Thought I had local door games fixed up real good - Artillery has been displaying users real names in the scores; thats weird... but I added another today, Gutterbowl, and its not displaying ANY user name/handle for scores... it runs, plays, even separates scores.. like two players don't get their datas mixed; but...
Running thru dosbox, as (DD) commands with and without the /DOS flag (Which I was told might only be for (D3) commands)... when I grab the door.sys FILE, it shows real names on line 9 and a user handle on line 35.
Is that where a handle SHOULD be? Is there a way to have Mystic create door.sys in a different way that 16bit DOS doors can read correctly?
In my ignorance, I thought maybe I needed to run as a (D3) WITH the /DOS flag... but TBH thats just a guess.
I found info about door.sys on the Synchronet site:
http://wiki.synchro.net/ref:door.sys
It looks correct, except Mystic has paths and other data after Sync's ends - and thats where the handle is listed... so do I need to pass the handle somewhere else? In the command line? In bnu.com?! Ughhh.
Anyway, heres the door.sys as its currently being written... and my DOS doors are obviously not liking it. If you know any reasons or fixes for this pls post. :P
