• ansi escape sequence...

From seeLive@21:2/128 to All on Fri Jan 14 20:18:39 2022
Okay, I've checked the docs... I've got the font change sequence working, but none of the mouse capture or copy/paste sequences that I've tried work...

Does anyone know what the sequences for mouse capture and copy/paste are? Is there something to setup in syncterm to enable them? Thanks!

Quick update... I was able to get the copy/past working... so, just need the mouse capture sequence, if anyone has it... Thanks!

    Hey seeLive,
Enter into scroll back mode with Alt+b and use the mouse to
select the text you want to copy into your "clipboard"
    good luck :)

Hey OzZ-U, Sorry, I said that pretty badly... I didn't mean to say how to copy and paste, but rather what's the ansi sequence to use to turn on the mouse capture, e.g. '\e[?1000h'

I noticed on a couple of sites that it was capturing my mouse movements to scroll through lists of items... I checked the syncterm docs and got a couple things working, but not that... for some reason those escape sequences aren't working as described... Thanks, for the info, though.

With Mystic, if you enable mouse capture with '\e[?1000h' it will disable capturing the mouse for the BBS operation, and vice versa. the 1000h code will stop Mystic getting the mouse events, so that syncterm can process them, i.e. allowing you to select text. If you don't do the 1000h, then the mouse events are passed right into Mystic.

    Hope this helps.

I does! I'll play with it some more, but at least I know I'm on the right track... much appreciated.
