I speak both Pascal and Python, but the docs seem to be lacking a full list of all usable variables/methods/procedures that are available to
the programmer.
For example: how do I get information about the user or the server?
Is there a comprehensive MPL guide somewhere?
BBS is still infant.. might be better to send email: 2twisty@gmail.com But if you want to log in to a board that is still default Mystic..
bbs.theratracelosers.com
telnet 2323
ssh 2222
There is no 'official' comprehensive guide, but our pal paulie420 has put together an 'unofficial' guide, composed of tutorials from multiple people. It's becoming a bit dated, but it's still very helpful. Shoot me your BBS's address, and I'll upload a copy for you...

This is the most goddamn Mystic-in-a-nutshell thing I've read in a while and it gave me a good chuckle.
Hmm.. I don't have an external system to test with..
try using my IP directly with those ports. 67.48.55.142. Also try this dns name: bbs.jcdevs.com.
Let me know if that works -- will help me track down where the error is.
Who is the official maintainer? I am assuming it'you, McDoob?
Just want to know where to send the praise/complaints to. :p
(Btw, press /q (or ESC and then Q) when editing to quote ppl.)
Both of these worked, and so did the original address, when I tested it just now. Maybe I had a typo...
Also, congrats on your first user! (^_^)

Quoting... check.
It was broken before. It's fixed now.
W00t for my first user!
I've looked at the info in the wiki, but it's pretty sparse.

Come grab mpldocs2o22.zip @ 2o... search function, DL and there ya g0.
Looks like there was something jacked up with the CNAMEs I was using in
my DNS records. I switched them to A records and now it seems that both bbs.jcdevs.com and bbs.theratracelosers.com are reachable from outside
on telnet:2323 and ssh:2222.
Give it a try and let me know if it's connecting now.

Is there any chance you could e-mail that to me as well? I'm at kim@ambienautica.com. I'm trying to write some custom scripts for my BBS and having a heck of a time making any progress using the roughly zero documentation I've been able to find so far.
Many thanks if you're able!
